There may be times when a Gerber file needs to be Imported into P-CAD for recapturing a design.

Ger2Apr is a program that gives the designer a tool for Importing those Gerber files.

Ger2Apr reads the RS-274X Gerber file and enters the Aperture Assignment information into P-CAD, saving the designer many hours of hand-entering the Apertures. Ger2Apr utilizes a simple concept to make the Designer's job of Importing Gerber files into P-CAD much easier.

Ger2Apr can also Import RS-274D Gerbers, if the Designer first creates a pseudo-RS274X Gerber file, which can then be Imported into Ger2Apr.

Ger2Apr is a 32-bit program that runs in a Windows 95 environment, and works with P-CAD 2004, P-CAD 2002, P-CAD 2001 and P-CAD 2000.
